This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Sabhindo Properties is a real estate advisory operating in Bali, Indonesia, and is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@sabhindoconsulting.com or on +62 898-7756-888.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property you asked about, and anything you write in the message. If you tell us your budget or what you are looking for, we keep that too.
- Viewing requests. The same contact details, plus the date and time you asked for and whether you want to meet in person or by video.
- Newsletter subscriptions. Your email address only.
- Preferences stored on your device. Your chosen language, currency and light or dark theme, your saved properties and your comparison list. These are stored in your browser, not on our servers.
- Technical information. Standard web server logs, including IP address, browser and the pages you visited.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store payment card details, identity documents or bank information through this website. If a transaction reaches that stage, it is handled offline through a notary.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange viewings — without your contact details we cannot reply.
- To send market updates, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to understand which listings are of interest.
- To meet our record-keeping obligations where a transaction proceeds.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is seen by the advisor handling the property and by our office. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: website hosting, email delivery, and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Photographs on this site may be served from Unsplash. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and viewing requests are kept for [24 months] from your last contact with us, unless a transaction proceeds, in which case records are kept for as long as Indonesian law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to contact@sabhindoconsulting.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can clear the preferences stored on your device by clearing your browser data for this site.
